This page sets out our standards for processing applications in the intra-company transfer category (tier 2 Intra-company transfer).
Our service standards set out how quickly we aim to decide applications for living in the United Kingdom as a sponsored skilled worker. The standard for applications made under an employment route, of which tier 2 (Intra-company transfer) is a part, is that we will decide 75% of applications within four weeks.
