This page explains how the supporting evidence you must send to apply for a quick decision on your application to come or stay in the intra-company transfer category (Tier 2 Intra-company transfer).

Documents you must send

You must send the following documents:

  • certified photocopy of travel ticket; or
  • original travel itinerary.

Certified photocopy of travel ticket

This is a ticket for travel by air, sea or through the Channel Tunnel that confirms you have bought a seat.

The document must clearly show:

  • your name;
  • date of travel;
  • destination; and
  • name of the travel operator.

Original travel itinerary

This document must have been issued by your sponsor or the travel operator or agent and must clearly show:

  • your name;
  • the date of the document;
  • the date of travel;
  • the destination; and
  • the name of your sponsor or the travel operator or agent.

This evidence must be an official document, on the official stationery of the organisation and bear the official stamp of that organisation.  It must have been issued by an authorised official of that organisation.

You should give full contact details for each document supplied, that will allow all supporting documents to be verified if necessary.

You should also provide any information or explanation of the documentation submitted, that may help us with our decision.
