This page explains the proof of working overseas for your sponsor that you must send to support your application to Tier 2 (Intra company transfer) of the points-based system.
We will need to see evidence that you have worked for your sponsor for at least the last six months before you apply. (You do not need to have worked in the same job for the full six months.) You must send us one of the following:
These should be either formal payslips or on company-headed paper. If payslips are not on headed paper or you only get online pay slips, you must supply a letter from your sponsor. The letter must be on letter headed paper and must be signed by a senior official to confirm the authenticity of the payslips.
Payslips must cover the whole six months. For example, if your payslips are monthly, you must provide each monthly payslip for the six-month period.
The personal bank or building society statements should clearly show:
The most recent statement must be dated within one month of your application.
If you want to send electronic bank statements from an online account, these must contain all of the details listed above. They must bear the official stamp of the bank on every page, or you must also provide a supporting letter from your bank, on company headed paper, confirming the authenticity of the statements sent.
The building society pass book should clearly show:
You should send full contact details for each document supplied, as we may want to check your documents.
You should also send an explanation of the documents you have sent that may help us.
