Fees

This page explains what fee you must pay to apply as an intra-company transfer migrant under Tier 2 Intra-company transfer of the points-based system to work in the United Kingdom.

The fee for an initial application

You must pay £265 if you are applying from outside the United Kingdom.

The fee for an extension application

You must pay £465 if you are applying by post from inside the United Kingdom.

If you apply in person at one of our public enquiry offices, the fee is £665.

The fee for dependants

If your dependants are applying from outside the United Kingdom, they must pay a separate fee for each dependants of £265.

If your dependants are applying from within the United Kingdom, applications sent together with your own form cost £50 each.

Dependant applications for children over 18, or any dependant application sent separately or later, must be sent with a separate fee of £465 if applying by post or £665 if applying in person.

How to fill in the payment slip

It is very important that you fill in the payment slip correctly. Errors prevent the payment being processed and will delay the decision-making process.

Fill in the details of the person who is making the payment in case we have a payment question. If we cannot deal with the payment, the application and payment are returned to the contact name and address given in section 1.

Your fee if you withdraw your application

Once your application is received by the payment handling service, the fee is charged and cannot be refunded.

What happens if you send duplicate applications

If you send more than one application, each application will cost the standard fee.

People who can pay a reduced fee

Nationals of the following countries can pay a reduced fee of £425 if applying by post from inside the United Kingdom, £605 if applying in person at a public enquiry office, or £245 if applying from outside the United Kingdom:

Croatia;
FYR of Macedonia; and
Turkey.

These countries have ratified the 1961 Council of Europe Social Charter.
