This page provides details of the time it will take us to process your application to settle in the United Kingdom under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP) using form SET(O).
Our service standards set out how quickly we aim to decide applications for settlement. We will:
- decide 95 per cent of postal applications within six months; and
- decide 90% of applications made in person at a public enquiry office within 24 hours.
