Letter from your parent or legal guardian
Children are all students under 18 years old. If you are 16 or 17 years old and applying as an adult student, you must have your parent(s) or legal guardian(s) written consent that you can live and travel independently. Without this consent, you must make sure there are care arrangements in place.
