Appendix A - supporting documents for Tier 2 Intra company transfers (ICT). An addition to the list of acceptable supporting documents, to prove the links between ICT entities.
Paragraphs 48-70 - key personnel. Clarification on who can fill the roles of authorising officer, key contact, level 1 user and level 2 user where the sponsor has contracted its entire human resource function out to a third party.
Paragraphs 221-233. Resident labour market test, Tier 5 Creative. Removal of the requirement to conduct a resident labour market test within Tier 5 Creative, where no code of practice exists.
Paragraph 233 - clarification on what happens if a migrant under Tier 5 Creative has more than fourteen days between engagements in the United Kingdom.
