Visa customer services - telephone and email enquiries survey

If you have used the visa customer services - telephone and email enquiry services, we would like to hear from you.

We wish to provide the best service possible to all of our customers. To do this, we need to know your experience of using this service. We are asking for your help by completing a customer survey.

The survey, which should take less than 10 minutes to complete, asks for your views on our email and telephone enquiry services.

Your answers or comments are confidential and will not affect the outcome of your visa application.
