Senior care workers - clarification on applications made outside normal time limits

We have clarified our transitional measures for senior care workers who are unable to extend their permission to stay in the United Kingdom within the normal time limit. Our staff will continue to use their discretion when deciding applications made within six months of the end of existing leave to remain.
