New application form and guidance for Bulgarian and Romanian applications

The UK Border Agency has published a new version of Form BR3, which is used to apply for an accession worker card. We have also revised the accompanying guidance notes and leaflet for employers.
You should now use the new versions of the BR3 form and guidance notes(version '01/2012') when applying for an accession worker card.
We have amended the form so that a Bulgarian or Romanian work permit application and the BR3 application can be caseworked simultaneously, to avoid delays.
