Mandatory online payment for UK visas in Mongolia from 27 February 2012

From 27 February 2012, all UK visa applicants in Mongolia will be required to pay for their visa application fee online as part of the online visa application process. You must use either a credit card, debit card or a pre-paid card which has a Visa or a MasterCard logo. Other methods of payment will not be accepted from this date.
Payment must be made in US dollars. Once you have applied and paid for your visa application online, you will need to visit the visa application centre at the British Embassy in Mongolia to submit your documents and provide your biometric information (fingerprints and digital photograph). You should book an appointment to visit the visa application centre online, when you complete your online application form.
