Response to feedback on policy for Tier 4 highly trusted sponsors

On 5 September 2011 we announced our new criteria for highly trusted sponsors under Tier 4 of the points-based system.

In response to feedback from the education sector, we have prepared answers to some questions sponsors have asked since then.
