Code of practice on the management of information shared by the Border and Immigration Agency, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs and the police


The code of practice governs the sharing, use and storage of data under e-Borders and other joint working arrangements, ensuring adherence with data protection and human rights legislation. A preliminary review of the code of practice has been undertaken by representatives of the border agencies in conjunction with the Information Commissioner's Office. Both documents are available to download below.
