Bulk data transfer toolkit
Bulk data transfer is a method for sponsors to migrate key information from their IT systems directly onto the sponsorship management system.
On this page you can download frequently asked questions about bulk data transfer, as well as the technical details (XML schema) that explain how your files must be formatted if you want to send them to the sponsorship management system. Also provided in this revised toolkit are the sponsor management system validation rules and some example import and export XML files.
The bulk data transfer functions (and the sponsorship management system) use a three-letter country code based on the ISO 3166-1 Alpha Code 3 standard.
