Lists of civil penalties issued to employers


This page gives details of civil penalties issued to employers for employing illegal migrant workers. These details are listed by region and are updated quarterly.

The lists include details of employers from whom no appeal or objection is received within the 35 days after service of the notice of liability (NOL) and no extension request has been received or granted, and the appeal process against service of the NOL has been fully exhausted.

Our policy on publication of non-compliant employer details explains what information we publish and when we publish it.

Please note that all data contained within the attached responses is sourced from internal databases. The civil penalty database utilised by the civil penalty compliance team (CPCT) is a management information tool and data from it is not quality assured under national statistics protocols and is subject to change due to internal data quality checking.
