Our business plan for April 2011 to March 2015 sets out how we will work over these 4 years in line with our core objectives and values. It includes sections on securing the border, controlling migration, and reducing costs and improving customer service. It also includes our vision of what the agency will be like at the end of the business plan in 2015.
