Request form for return of documents and withdrawal of application - Tiers 2 and 5
This page contains the form that you should use to request the return of your documents if you need them urgently while we are considering your application under Tier 2 or Tier 5 of the points-based system. Your application will automaticaly be withdrawn, and we will not refund your application fee.
If you submit the request before 12 noon, we will aim to withdraw your application and return your documents on the same day.
Your documents will be returned by standard recorded delivery. If you want to arrange a courier to collect them from us, you should state this on the withdrawal form and we will contact you with a suitable time for collection.
