Booking an appointment in the Philippines
This page explains how you can book an appointment at a visa application centre in the Philippines.
All visa applicants unless they are exempt from enrolling their biometric information) must visit our visa application centre in Manila or Cebu in person to enrol their biometric data and submit their application.
How to book an appointment
You can book, change and cancel your appointment online by visiting the VFS Global Booking an Appointment service.
Your online form will be valid for 90 days from the date when you submit it. We cannot accept your form after this 90-day period, as your application will have been deleted. If you bring an expired application form to the visa application centre you will have to complete a new application.
You will need to book an appointment before you attend the visa application centre, as walk in appointments are no longer available.
If you are part of a family or group, each member of the family or group must make an individual appointment. For example, if you are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children you must make 4 individual appointments.
