Booking an appointment in Pakistan
This page explains how you can book an appointment at a visa application centre in Pakistan.
All visa applicants (unless they are exempt from enrolling their biometric information) must book an appointment at one of our visa application centres in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore or Mirpur. You must attend this appointment in person. You can find the addresses and opening times of the visa application centres in Pakistan on the Gerry's in Pakistan website.
You must enrol your fingerprints and facial photograph (known as 'biometric information) when you attend your appointment. You cannot enrol your fingerprints if your fingertips are cut or damaged, or if you have put any form of temporary decoration (such as henna or mehendi) on them. You must wait until the injury has healed or the decoration has faded before making your appointment.
If you are part of a family or group, each member of the family or group must make an individual appointment. For example, if you are a family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children you must make 4 individual appointments.
How to book an appointment
You can book an appointment by phoning our commercial partner Gerry's call centre. The Gerry's in Pakistan website tells you how to do this, and list the addresses of the visa application centres.
You should normally go to the visa application centre in, or closest to, the state where you are documented as being resident. If you do not know where to go, phone the Gerry's all centre.
The Visa application centres page explains what you must do when you attend your appointment.
