UK Border Agency in Ghana
Complaints in Ghana
This page explains how you can make a complaint about your visa application or the service you have received in Ghana.
Complaints about visa decisions
If you do not agree with the decision made on your visa application (because you have been refused a visa, for example) and have a full right of appeal or have applied under the Points Based System, then you can appeal or apply for an administrative review of your application. Depending on the category of your application, you may have only a limited right of appeal in which case you should submit a fresh application addressing the concerns stated on your decision. An application to review would only be considered if you think that the visa officer made an error on your decision.
You can find more information on our If you have been refused a visa page.
