You can enrol your biometric information at our public enquiry offices or at our biometric enrolment centres. Biometrics are taken by appointment only - you can find out more on the Booking an appointment page.
The information on this page will help you to choose where to book your appointment.
Postal applicants living within certain postcodes can now enrol their biometrics at a limited number of Crown post offices nationwide. This is a walk-in service, with no need to book an appointment. Applicants will be informed that this service is available to them through their biometric enrolment notification letter. For more information, see biometric enrolment at post offices.
The leaflet on enrolling your biometrics (PDF 67K opens in a new window) contains details of the enrolment process.
