Further submissions in Wales and the South West
From Wednesday 14 October 2009, asylum seekers whose application has been rejected must follow a new procedure if they want to make a further submission to us. Further submissions can be made by failed asylum seekers if their personal circumstances, or the circumstances in their home country, have changed.
The procedures for failed asylum seekers who initially claimed asylum on or after 5 March 2007 are set out below. There is a different procedure for failed asylum seekers who initially claimed asylum before 5 March 2007.
Those who claimed asylum on or after 5 March 2007
