Further submissions in London and the South East

From Wednesday 14 October 2009, asylum seekers whose application has been rejected must follow a new procedure if they want to make a further submission to us. Further submissions can be made by failed asylum seekers if their personal circumstances, or the circumstances in their home country, have changed.

The procedures for failed asylum seekers who initially claimed asylum on or after 5 March 2007 are set out below. There is a different procedure for failed asylum seekers who initially claimed asylum before 5 March 2007 and whose case is being managed by our case resolution directorate.

Initial applications made on or after 5 March 2007

You can make an appointment to make your further submission by contacting your case owner between 0900 and 1700, Monday to Friday. You will be told where and when you must make your further submission. Alternatively, you can make your further submission at your next reporting event, without needing to make a separate appointment.

The nearest train station is Feltham. The nearest underground station is Hounslow West. You can also travel to Hounslow Central or Hounslow East underground stations.
