Reporting problems

This page tells you what to do if you experience technical problems such as if you cannot open a page, or if you find a broken link.

If you have found a broken link or cannot access a page, contact us. Please provide as much information as you can, including the address of the web page you were visiting and how you reached it.

Sometimes if you cannot open a page, refreshing or reloading it can solve the problem. You can do this by holding down the Ctrl, Shift and F5 key on your keyboard.
