If there is an issue with the delivery of your biometric residence permit, email:

If the information held on your permit is untrue, misleading or incomplete, someone has used your permit, or your permit has been damaged or tampered with, email:

To report the loss or theft of a  permit, email:

If you are an employer or sponsor and you want to confirm that a permit is valid, email:
